Life is hard I agree but giving up is never an option within life. When things get hard why say fuck it, look at your situation right now. Imagine how things can be better. But remember that things can always get worse. In certain parts of the world people have to travel miles just for water. Other people have to do things worse than prostitution just to place food on the table. I see a lot of people depressed because they feel like they have hit rock bottom… you never hit rock bottom unless you are incapable of getting back up. We all have that moment in our life where we feel like giving up is the easiest route. But in actuality it’s easier to make things worse than it is to give up. You can have lost your job failed all your classes and lost your child to the state but think about it …things could be a lot worse…you could get hit by a bus and survive with no legs or arms. Sitting alone crying does help don’t get me wrong. But giving up saying there is nothing to do …well that is bullshit… Don’t let life control you….Lets let you Control life. My interpretation of Rock Bottom ….IS DEATH….and as long as you can continue to breath .Then you can continue to make things worse…or better.
